The department store was having a fantastic sale on sweaters, and the sportswear section was jammed with customers. The phone rang in the mail-order department and a voice asked for “one light blue cardigan, size medium.” The clerk writing the order asked, “To what name and address shall we send it?” “Never mind sending it,” said the voice. “Just bring it to the front entrance of the store. I’m on my cell phone here!”
A Military Career
A career military man, who had retired as a corporal, was telling the younger men how he handled officers during his years of service. “It didn’t matter a hoot if he was a Major General, and Admiral, or the Commander-in-Chief. I always told the guys exactly where to get off.” “Wow, you musta been something,” the admiring young soldiers remarked. “What was your job in the service?” “Elevator operator in the Pentagon!”

 A man went to his lawyer and stated, “I would like to make a will but I don’t know exactly how to go about it.” The lawyer said, “No problem, leave it all to me.” The man looked somewhat upset as he said, “Well, I knew you were going to take the biggest slice, but I’d like to leave a little to my children, too!”
