What would you have replied I
heard a story on the radio the other day that made me think. Apparently a young
boy in
had a particular blessing on his life. Wherever he went from village to
village, people were healed from their ails. The healing the boy claimed came
from God.
An older man confronted the boy
one day and said: ” I’ll give you an orange if you can show me where God
is”. The young boy replied: ” I’ll give you two oranges if you can
show me where God is not!”. What would you have replied? And yes, it is
true. God is visible everywhere and in everything we do. From the moment we
wake up, get up bath, eat breakfast, etc. In the hearing of the alarm clock,
the smelling of the dew on the grass, the birds singing.
We just get so busy with our
everyday life and crisis’s that we fail to see God in the many small miracles
that He performs everyday.
